Please read here about our terms and conditions in place at Eden Skin Clinic:

CONSULTATIONS

All new clients must have a consultation + patch tests where necessary, before treatment. Consultation fees are non-refundable and non-deductible at £20. This fee covers the time, expertise and fully comprehensive assessment carried out during your appointment.

COURSES

Treatment courses for laser hair removal and electrolysis hair removal must be taken and completed within two years from the date of purchase, and all other skin treatment courses within one year. Any outstanding treatment courses which have not been taken before these dates will lapse and will not be refunded. As course prices are discounted from our usual prices they must be purchased and paid for in advance in full. Course discounts cannot be applied retrospectively on multiple single treatments. Course packages are non-refundable, however the balance can be transferred into another treatment within the purchase timeframe, but cannot be transferred to another client.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointment. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll be delighted to rearrange it for you, otherwise 50% of the treatment price will be charged. For courses, the appointment will be forfeit for a treatment within your course. Thank you for your understanding.
